This pure Lebanese mint is carefully cultivated to avoid cross-hybridization and dried to maintain a fresh, sweet, cooling aroma. Add to lamb and poultry rubs. Sprinkle over salads or your favorite dip. Mix into cake batter or simply infuse in hot water for a refreshing cup of tea.
